How many days will my order be shipped?

Shipping depends on the type of order you have placed. If there are delicate gift items, shipping can take 7-10 days. The same goes for bulk orders as well. Generally, we try to ship your orders within 4-5 days from the day you placed the order. As soon as your order ships, we will send you the tracking details so you can easily check the status of your order.

How can I track the status of my order?

I have received my tracking data but there is no progress, why?

In case you have the tracking details of your order but can't see any progress, you can talk to our customer service agent to solve it.

Is there a tariff applied to international shipping?

It depends on your country of residence. In some countries, you may have to pay import duties as applicable. If you want to request a particular country, talk to our support staff and they will be happy to guide you.

Will I receive the same product as shown in the picture?

By the same token, we assume that you are asking about the authenticity of the product. The products we sell at Nyswift are the result of the artist's creativity and the imagination of our designer. Our goal is to offer you a quality product as described on the website. If you are still not satisfied with our quality, you have the option to easily cancel the order.

Is a minimum purchase amount required for free shipping?

No, we offer free shipping with no minimum purchase. You can buy anything from NySwift and we will not charge you the shipping amount for your order.

If you want to return a product purchased from NySwift.com, you must submit a request within 7 days. In the event that the products you have received are defective or damaged, we offer you a full refund or exchange.
