While at NySwift, we try to give you the correct product description, there are times when the product you received does not match the description available on the website. We understand this inconvenient situation and we intend to rectify errors through our return and exchange policy. In this way, you would know what to do in such scenarios. Our size charts are generally prepared with universal standards in mind.
The size displayed on our website is consistent with their respective products, each visible on the corresponding product page. This way you would know exactly what you are ordering. NySwift understands the value of your time, that's why we have created a fair refund and return policy. We really appreciate you as our customers and to strengthen this trust we do our best to make this online shopping experience brilliant.
Things you should know before making a return / exchange request
Before starting the return or exchange request, there are a few things to consider:
The return / exchange request is only valid for 30 days, that is, you can raise a concern with the team within 30 days from the day you received the product.
We do not provide return labels unless it is a manufacturer defect. In this situation, you will have to bear the return shipping cost. For manufacturer defect, we provide 100% full refund or exchange (as applicable). To facilitate this, we may require photographic evidence of the same. You can email the proof to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the product received by you is in good condition but is damaged when you return it to us, then a small percentage of the cost of the product may be deducted from the return.
The percentage of the cost of the product in your return will be subtracted only if it is entirely your fault for not packing the product carefully upon your return. However, this scenario rarely occurs, and only applies in extreme cases.
Be sure to include all original packaging material, including any accessories that accompany it when returning the product.
Refund or return can be requested in the following situations:
If the product / item you received from NySwift is wrong or defective.
If the product is not delivered within the guaranteed time.
If you no longer need the product. However, in this case, you should bear the shipping cost as long as the product is not used. This does not apply to custom and custom orders.
If the order has not yet been received due to your negligence (for example, wrong address, phone number)
If the product you request is lost in transit and was never delivered, we will resend it immediately as long as the address you have provided is correct.
If the order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of our store (for example, product not authorized by customs, delay in delivery due to natural disaster)
If you want to change the product, you must send the product to us with the shipping cost. The whole shipping process may take 5-7 days for us to receive it. As soon as we receive the product, we will send the new product immediately. Exchange requests will only be considered valid if you have contacted us in advance using the form below and have received our approval for the exchange. How to return
When requesting a return, each return must be accompanied by a return form. You must complete the form correctly and send the product in its original form (along with the delivery note / return) to the address provided by our customer service agents. We reserve the right to refuse return if the product is not in its original condition or does not meet the standards listed above. Delay / failure to return
Refund processing generally takes 1-3 business days. However, sometimes it can take longer than that. In such a case, you need-

Cancellation of the order is only possible until the moment your package is shipped. You will not be able to cancel the order once it is packed and shipped. If you have already paid for the order and want to make a change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. It cannot be canceled once the packing and shipping process begins.
Submit a request
Refund requests can be submitted within 15 days of the expiration of the guaranteed delivery period (30 days). You can send the request by sending us a message on the contact page. If such request is approved, we will process the refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method, within 14 days.
